The Comedy Central network has a long history of denigrating Jesus Christ and the Christian faith. Now, they are developing a new series called "JC" that will openly mock Jesus and give Comedy Central even more time and latitude to increase their attacks on a religion practiced by 80 percent of Americans.
Just weeks ago, Comedy Central censored a depiction of the prophet Mohammad after intense Muslim protest. But Christians are fair game!
I am outraged by this unabashed double standard, and I'm protesting against Comedy Central and its parent company Viacom and their plans to air this show mocking Christians.

Regaining our FREEDOM, How far have we really come?

These past few days I have been looking back in retrospect regarding just how far the Patriot movement has come towards
regaining a foothold to fully restore the US Constitution, Bill of Rights, the Rule of Law, true Liberty and Freedom in God’s
greatest country, the United States of America.

I personally did not enter the war against Communism, Marxism, Fascism, Liberalism or whatever you choose to call the infectious dieses that now infects the US House of Representatives, US Senate, the White House and virtually every state and
local governments of this great nation until August 1st, 2009.

Upon returning from my summer vacation I found myself smack dab in the middle of the ever growing debate on the Marxist Democrats’ so‐called Health Care Reform Bill, than know as HR‐3200. At the time all the information being disseminated contained so much inconsistency and inaccurate information (outright lies) that in order for me to get an unbiased opinion I was forced into researching the health care bill on my own.
Little did I know that this would be the beginning of my fight, as an American Patriot, against the new Marxist Democratic Party’s tyranny and oppression of the American People.

The Marxist Democrats strategy is a sound one.
· Have the Patriots chase their own tails on house and senate bills,
· appoint as many Czars as needed in order to usurp the US House of Representatives and US Senate and
· let the American Patriots go after the 2010 midterm political elections under the old premises of “POLITICAL BUSINESS as USUSAL!”


We where led on a marry chase regarding health care reform as well as numerous other bills from the House and Senate only to find out that 99% of them were smokescreens. Most have never ever been read by anyone of the Marxist Democrat nor by most Republicans. Most of these bills have hidden laws attached to each bill that are not even related to the major bill being passed.
We have continually been scammed by our elected Representatives and Senators that only look out for the best interest of their
special interest groups and themselves. Taxes are substantially on the rise both Federal and State.

Regaining our FREEDOM, How far have we really come?

We, the American Patriots, have underwent a great awaken and have clearly used our voices to show that the majority of Americans don’t want their type of un‐constitutional legislation being written, voted on, and passed (the health care
reform bill in particular) yet the Marxist Democrats just keep on writing and passing these bills.

In an apparent display of power they have blatantly allowed all of the American people to view just how corruptly they acquire the necessary “yes” votes to pass their unconstitutional legislations into laws.

The Federal legal system has been so ravished by Islamic terrorists sympathizers and outright traitors to the US Constitution that it continues to allow an un‐qualified individual, who usurped the US Constitution, to occupy the White House as a sitting
President with little or no opposition from our own US Department of Justice.
The corruption in our federal courts has without a doubt reached an unprecedented all time high!

Worst of all is that “We the People” now clearly understand and recognize that the 2006 and 2008 elections were rigged.
Obama’s good buddy, George Soros, was so bolded as to let us know just exactly how he did it, and we still don’t get it! He bought a Presidential election for $800,000.00.

The Approaching Storm, 2010 Mid‐Term Elections.

I have been actively participating and observing in the 2010 mid‐term election process and I find myself stunned at what is happening. With all that we have learned, with all that has been taken away from us you would think that we might understand one common thread. “If we continue to do election politics as usual we are in some real trouble” and that is exactly what we are doing, aren’t we?

The Marxist Democrats have very skillfully maneuvered us right back into the old political election process that they
have rigged in the pass and have absolute “CONTROL OVER!”


Until we understand this our road back to Liberty and Freedom will be even more difficult and costly.

Let me explain:

• If we have one telephone canvasser, they have 10 and they pay theirs.

• If we have 10 street canvassers, they have 100 and they pay theirs.

• Most of our candidates have crappy websites, their candidates have the best money can buy.

• We buy one television advertisement they buy 100 and they get prime time add slots as well.

• Media bias continues to grow which keeps their lies alive and well, and the real truth hidden
from the American people.

• Candidate rallies and speaking engagement they get prime time News to air it, we get little or no
air time.

• They out spend us on the campaign trail on and average of $100 of their campaign funds to $1
of ours.

• The polls have solidified which means that that the truth is no longer penetrating the masses of uniformed Americans. (The Marxist Democrats clearly understand this and know that in time these polls will reverse themselves in their favor.
By this I mean that they only need to lose the legitimate vote count by several thousand to rig the race for a win, i.e. Al Franken.)

I could go on but you get the point.

There are literally millions upon millions of Americans that if given the opportunity to read and hear the truth would be outraged and our numbers would exponentially grow but it is doubt full that these Americans will ever hear the truth until it is too late.

Regaining our FREEDOM, How far have we really come?

Earlier this month, Obama made his first official move to corrupt and undermine the 2010 elections.

The move consisted in the little noticed appointment of a technical adviser to the Technical Guidelines Development Committee (TGDC) of the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC).

The fact is we have really done nothing to give “We the People” a level political playing field or to give us the proverbial edge over the Marxist Democrat election machine.

Why?

Because they once again have us believing in it’s the “votes that count!” While all the time they know that is true but only to a limited extent.

The Patriot movement has gained ground because primarily because of the “Health Care Reform Bill” which was a calculated error on the Marxist Democrats part a mistake they will not make again.
Look at Cap and Trade; it has been taken out of the US House and Senate given directly to the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency, a United Nations Organization) for implementation and enforcement. This means we will not be able to gain any publicity or additional political ground support as we did with over the Health Care Reform Bill nor will we be able to recruit as many new Patriots or supporters from the Independents.
What it does mean for the Marxist Democrats is that in time a certain percentage points will move back to the Marxist Democrats side unless we change the way we are attacking their political machine.

We Have Come a Long Way
The Patriot movement has made some great strides since the American People’s realization that a Marxist coup d'état had taken over the US Government in the 2008 election.
Communicating, information, and news between groups has increased a hundred fold, and yes we have gained many Patriots.
The consciousness of the American People has awoken and a clear understanding that the enslavement of all American people is just around the corner and must be dealt with aggressively and with dispatch.
My fellow Patriots in order for Free Americans to win we must become innovators not imitators, we must not only beat them at their own game but even more importantly we must make them begin to play our game, by our rules as well.
There are possibilities available that they don’t even know about that will not only give us a substantial edge in disseminating information to the American people but are extremely cost effective too.
I ask you to take a real assessment of the Patriot movement and what it has done thus far and ask yourself one question; can we compete and win back our beloved country by playing by the Marxist Democrats rule?

The Des Moines Tea Party will sponsor a debate between Iowa’s 3rd District Republican Congressional candidates on:
Date: Sunday May 16th from 7:00 to 9:00PM
Location: Holiday Inn Airport in Des Moines.
 The format for the debate will be:
 I.) Each Candidate will have 2 minutes to introduce themselves and why they are running for Congress.
II.) There will be questions asked of each candidate based on the values of the Des Moines Tea Party, including; U.S. Constitution, Fiscal Responsibility, Limited Government, Strong National Defense, Judicial Activism, Education.
III.)  Candidate to candidate--Candidates will be allowed to ask questions of other candidates.
IV.)  Each candidate will have 2 minutes to close.
 We are looking for a lively and spirited debate. This is an opportunity for the candidates to separate and define themselves from the other candidates to their voters and to Tea Party Patriots, prior to the primary.

Emperor Hickel: The Man Who Invented Alaska
... and Sarah Palin
Wally Hickel invented Alaska and told me he regretted it. He also invented Sarah Palin, and I was hoping, when I travel to Alaska next month, to ask him whether he also regretted that second creation.
Hickel wanted to be President; of what nation, well, that changed. First, he wanted to be President of the United States. That required that his home, Alaska, become united with the States, a task he accomplished in 1959 with the help of his buddy, and later enemy, Richard Nixon.
"That was a mistake," he said, referring to US Statehood. "We should have been our own nation," which, I pointed out, would have made him President instead of Governor.
Hickel grinned and took me over to a globe. As he massaged and caressed the planet's crown, he talked about his long-held dream to create a circumpolar resource cartel linking Siberia, Alaska, sub-polar Scandinavia and northern Japan, tied together by a rail tunnel under the Bering Sea. Alaska was too small; his plan was for a Confederation of the North, an Arctic Empire that circled the top of the planet. Benevolently ruled, he made clear, by Emperor Wally.
Mad, yes, but all of Hickel's plans were nuts, and usually successful. When I met with him in 1997, he had already prodded the Governor of Sakhalin Island, Alaska's twin in population and minerals, to declare its independence from Russia. (That didn't last.)
Walter Hickel, elected Governor of Alaska twice over twenty-five years, was one strange Republican. Nixon expelled him from the Cabinet in 1970 for publicly opposing the invasion of Cambodia. Hickel was a Huey Long-style populist socialist. "Private property," he told me, "is an artifact of the temperate zone; it just won't work for most of the planet."
But for a man averse to private property, he owned lots of it and hungered for more. He was undoubtedly Alaska's richest man and how he got it, and how he maneuvered to get more, with Nixon's help, and later, Palin's, was the reason I have been investigating him
Indian Giver

I first met Hickel in his office at Hickel Investments atop his Captain Cook Hotel, the tallest building in Anchorage (by a regulation crafted by Hickel).

Thirty years ago, Hickel realized that his arctic dreams lay in Alaska's vast reserves of gas, oil, coal and lumber. But extracting and shipping those resources required removing a large obstacle: the land's ownership by Indians and Natives.

The US Congress recognized Native land rights in the original agreement to purchase Alaska from Russia and, in 1959, again acknowledged those rights, albeit reluctantly, when Alaska became America's 49th state.

Photo©1997 James Macalpine PIFHickel, elected Alaska's second Governor in 1966, was driven crazy by the Natives' ownership of the land. He told me, "You can only claim title to land by conquest or purchase. Just because your granddaddy chased a moose across some property doesn't mean you own it."

However, Secretary of Interior Stewart Udall (who served both Kennedy and Johnson) protected Native land from Hickel and the oil companies. But then, in 1969, newly-elected President Richard Nixon gave Hickel Udall's job.

Unless the Natives ceded or sold their territory, billions of barrels of crude oil on Alaska's North Slope could not get to port through a pipeline proposed by a consortium led by British Petroleum and its junior partner, Exxon.

From inside the Nixon Cabinet and outside, Hickel successfully lobbied Congress for the Trans-Alaska Pipeline. But the BP/Exxon pipe required getting those Natives out of the way. And that required passage of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act.

ANCSA contained a clause unique in US history: Rather than create reservations in which there would be a sovereign territory held for Natives in perpetuity, Alaskan Natives would be given shares of stock in a dozen or so corporations. The corporations, not the Natives, would own the land.

Most important, Because the land was corporate real estate, not reservation property it could be sold. And guess who was ready to buy it?

I met with Hickel the day Chenega Corporation of the Prince William Sound sold 90% of its land to Exxon and its Oil Spill Trust. I asked Hickel, seeing the Natives give up their land, if he had regrets about the Settlement Act and Chenega's sale.

"Yes," he said, "I made them an offer for that property myself; but I wouldn't pay them anything like what they are getting from the Exxon money."

Today, most of the Native Alaskan corporate land of the Prince William Sound is owned by people who don't live in Alaska. The remaining Natives are now tenants of the land their ancestors have lived on for 3,000 years.

Native leader Gail Evanoff told me, that was the plan from Day One. "They set it up for us to fail. They put it in a form they could take away."

Palin's Pipe

In 1973, the United State Senate authorized the Trans-Alaska Pipeline by a single vote.

To get that controversial law passed, R.O. Andersen, Chairman of ARCO Petroleum, now a part of British Petroleum, testified under oath that North Slope Alaska resources would be shipped exclusively to the US market, not Japan.

He and Governor Hickel also swore the oil pipe would not be followed by a gas pipeline on the same route.

Yet today, Yukon Pacific Corporation has begun work on that gas pipeline designed to ship liquefied fuel to Japan. For Sarah Palin, whose rise to Governor was engineered by Hickel, this was her greatest accomplishment in office: requiring the major oil companies to participate in Yukon Pacific's gas pipe project.

Yukon Pacific's founding investors were R.O. Andersen ...and Walter Hickel.
