Remember when Obama said he wanted a "national security force"? Not the national guard, but a civilian one that has not sworn to uphold the Constitution? On July 2, 2008 in a speech in Colorado Springs, Barack Obama called for a police state.

SEC. 5210. ESTABLISHING A READY RESERVE CORPS.
Section 203 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 204) is amended to read as follows:
SEC. 203. COMMISSIONED CORPS AND READY RESERVE CORPS.
(a) ESTABLISHMENT-
(1) IN GENERAL.-here shall be in the Service a commissioned Regular Corps and a Ready Reserve Corps for service in time of national emergency.
(2) REQUIREMENT.-All commissioned officers shall be citizens of the United States and shall be appointed without regard to the civil-service laws and compensated without regard to the Classification Act 2 of 1923, as amended.
(3) APPOINTMENT.-Commissioned officers of the Ready Reserve Corps shall be appointed by the President and commissioned officers of the Regular Corps shall be appointed by the President with the advice and consent of the Senate.
(4) ACTIVE DUTY.-Commissioned officers of the Ready Reserve Corps shall at all times be subject to call to active duty by the Surgeon General, including active duty for the purpose of training
(5) WARRANT OFFICERS.-Warrant officers may be appointed to the Service for the purpose of providing support to the health and delivery systems maintained by the Service and any warrant officer appointed to the Service shall be considered for purposes of this Act and title 37, United States Code, to be a commissioned officer within the Commissioned Corps of the Service.
(b) ASSIMILATING RESERVE CORP OFFICERS INTO THE REGULAR CORPS.-Effective on the date of enactment of the Affordable Health Choices Act, all individuals classified as officers in the Reserve Corps under this section (as such section existed on the day before the date of enactment of such Act) and serving on active duty shall be deemed to be commissioned officers of the Regular Corps.
[Note here that those personally appointed by BO -- without advice and consent of the Senate -- automatically become a part of the Regular Corps. Ed.]
(c) PURPOSE AND USE OF READY RESERVE.-
(1) PURPOSE.-The purpose of the Ready Reserve Corps is to fulfill the need to have additional Commissioned Corps personnel available on short notice (similar to the uniformed service's reserve program) to assist regular Commissioned Corps personnel to meet both routine public health and emergency response missions.
(2) USES.-The Ready Reserve Corps shall-
(A) participate in routine training to meet the general and specific needs of the Commissioned Corps;
(B) be available and ready for involuntary calls to active duty during national emergencies and public health crises, similar to the uniformed service reserve personnel;
(C) be available for backfilling critical positions left vacant during deployment of active duty Commissioned Corps members, as well as for deployment to respond to public health emergencies, both foreign and domestic; and
(D) be available for service assignment in isolated, hardship, and medically underserved communities (as defined in section 399SS) to improve access to health services.
(d) FUNDING.-For the purpose of carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the Commissioned Corps under this section, there are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to the Office of the Surgeon General for each of fiscal years 2010 through 2014. Funds appropriated under this subsection shall be used for recruitment and training of Commissioned Corps Officers.

The Looting of America
Now that we've crossed the bridge to utopia by simultaneously shredding the Constitution and establishing the health-care state, it's worth looking back and seeing March 21, 2010 in the context of recent history.
If "fundamentally changing" America means its final destruction, then it seems to have happened in three discrete phases that began long before Obama.
Why and how it happened is much less important than what each of us is willing to do to correct it.
Phase 1: Manufacturing 1990-2000
Well before the Clinton era, in 1991, I remember an acquaintance telling me that California would no longer be a manufacturing power & that its future was as an import-export center.
I laughed it off at the time, but within five years, I was startled by this acquaintance's prophecy. Locally, entire business parks became ghost towns.
Machine shops, PC board fabrication, painting companies, and a host of other small enterprises that supported larger manufacturing operations vanished from the landscape.
As the Clinton years dragged on, we became numb to the looting. As it became grander and bolder, we watched entire factories pack up and move. We heard the "giant suckin' sound."
However, it wasn't coming from the south, but from across the Pacific. By the end of the '90s, we were just beginning to realize that we couldn't buy anything that wasn't made in China. Welcome to the "global economy."
Phase 2: Finance 2001-2010
While the calamity of the elections of 2008 desensitized us to "trillions," an obscure report from the days when billions were still considered real money was completely overlooked.
Way back on 9/10/2001, Donald Rumsfeld announced that there was $2.3 trillion missing in Pentagon transactions.
Setting aside all that's happened since that day, waste on this scale in just one federal department is staggering even now. Extending that kind of waste to other federal departments' gives an indication of the magnitude of the needless burdens lumped on future taxpayers.
For example, is there any doubt that HHS, with an even larger budget than the Pentagon, is worse? With almost nine more years of cover, how much more has been looted?
Conveniently, few noticed that spectacular beginning to the decade of our financial doom.
Of course, by the time it was over, trillions were lost in the real estate bubble, and trillions more were thrown on our kids' backs in the frantic borrowing that followed.
Unlike the Pentagon swindle, we have a pretty good idea of who made off with that loot.
Nonetheless, here we are: stuck with trillions in lost equity combined with trillions more in debt.
Phase 3: End Game 2010 and Beyond
The frenzied climax that brought us the health care bill delivered the final blow. If it stands, it's hard to see an alternative to the destruction of our way of life and the enslavement of everyone under 70.
If a hostile foreign power managed to seize the federal government with the goal of destroying America and enslaving her people, what would it do differently?
Our founders understood the dangers of powerful central government. They knew that not only would a strong federal government in November, they are surely our last hope. Our enemies aren't necessarily Democrats, and our salvation doesn't automatically reside with Republicans.
Our enemy is corruption, and both parties have a demonstrated spectacular lust for it. That corruption is enabled by the enormous power concentrated in our oversized, unconstitutional federal government.
Our only hope is fielding and electing candidates determined to drive the federal beast back into its constitutional cage.
The "Roman holiday" is over. Either we turn away from our porn, drugs, and games and restore our republic, or we board the cattle cars to the gulag.

WASHINGTON -- Air Force leaders announced March 25 an expansion of force management measures designed to bring the service closer to its authorized funded end strength. Fewer Airmen than anticipated applied for voluntary programs offered under Phase One of the force management program initiated in November of 2009. This has prompted expanded programs to encourage more Airmen to apply for separation or retirement by Sept. 1, 2010, or earlier.

Both officer and enlisted accessions will be reduced to meet mission requirements. Voluntary and involuntary initiatives also will be implemented as appropriate. Eligibility for these programs will vary by Air Force Specialty Code and years of service to ensure the Air Force has the right balance of skills needed to meet current and future mission requirements.

"Air Force retention is at a 15-year high," said Brig. Gen. Sharon Dunbar, director of force management policy. "While this is tremendous testament to the dedication of our great Airmen, we now have more Airmen serving than our authorized, funded levels. We also have a number of career fields over-manned at the expense of other critical and stressed career fields. The challenge before us is to keep our force both sized and balanced within authorized, funded levels."

In an attempt to limit the impact to Airmen who are currently serving, Air Force officials will adjust accessions. Decisions to reduce accessions will be based on career field manning and future growth.

Expanded officer measures include waiving active-duty service commitments in targeted year groups; waiving all but two years of commissioning commitments for Air Force Academy and ROTC graduates as well as waiving their education and scholarship recoupment costs; and lowering the Reserve obligation for Palace Chase transfers from a three-year commitment ratio to one year for each remaining year of ADSC.

This phase of the force management program also involves a Selective Early Retirement Board. The SERB will consider for early retirement Air Force colonels with four or more years time in grade and lieutenant colonels deferred for promotion at least twice. This board will convene July 19 to 23 to identify those who must retire by Jan. 1, 2011.

Officers with more than six and less than 12 years of commissioned service in specific career fields and year groups will be offered voluntary separation pay as a means to encourage their transition from active-duty service. Should this incentive fall short of encouraging the number of transitions needed, a reduction in force board will convene in September to identify officers for transition by April 1, 2011.

A force-shaping board also will convene at this time to identify officers with less than six years of commissioned service in designated career fields and year groups for continued retention or separation.

Enlisted force management measures have been expanded to include waiving time-in-grade and limited ADSCs for Airmen in non-critical, overage Air Force specialties and year groups; and waiving up to two years of four- and six-year enlistments for those in non-critical, overage specialties and year groups. Palace Chase transfers also are available for enlisted personnel with a one-to-one rather than a two-to-one year commitment.

Dates of separation rollback will result in early release of some Airmen with less than 14 years of service or more than 20 years of service who have declined training, failed initial training, declined retainability for an assignment or who have negative quality indicators.

Air Force Reserve, Air National Guard and Department of Defense civilian hiring opportunities are open to all Airmen, officials said. Staffs at Airman and Family Readiness Centers host the Department of Labor Transition Assistance Program, offering Airmen vital information for a successful transition from the Air Force. Veterans also receive hiring preference for federal service and are eligible for GI Bill Programs.

"The Air Force has a long-standing tradition of offering comprehensive transition assistance programs," General Dunbar said. "It is important for our Airmen to know the full range of options and benefits available to them."

Officials said if the current retention environment continues, personnel reduction actions will continue beyond fiscal year 2011.

George Will: There's a simple fix for immigration
A simple reform would drain some scalding steam from immigration arguments that may soon again be at a roiling boil. It would bring the interpretation of the 14th Amendment into conformity with what the authors of its text intended, and with common sense, thereby removing an incentive for illegal immigration.
To end the practice of "birthright citizenship," all that is required is to correct the misinterpretation of that amendment's first sentence:
"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside." From these words has flowed the practice of conferring citizenship on children born here to illegal immigrants.
A parent from a poor country, writes professor Lino Graglia of the University of Texas law school, "can hardly do more for a child than make him or her an American citizen, entitled to all the advantages of the American welfare state."
Therefore, "It is difficult to imagine a more irrational and self-defeating legal system than one which makes unauthorized entry into this country a criminal offense and simultaneously provides perhaps the greatest possible inducement to illegal entry."
Writing in the Texas Review of Law and Politics, Graglia says this irrationality is rooted in a misunderstanding of the phrase "subject to the jurisdiction thereof."
What was this intended or understood to mean by those who wrote it in 1866 and ratified it in 1868?
The authors and ratifiers could not have intended birthright citizenship for illegal immigrants because in 1868 there were and never had been any illegal immigrants because no law ever had restricted immigration.
The Civil Rights Act of 1866 begins with language from which the 14th Amendment's Citizenship Clause is derived: "All persons born in the United States, and not subject to any foreign power, excluding Indians not taxed, are hereby declared to be citizens of the United States." (Emphasis added.)
The explicit exclusion of Indians from birthright citizenship was not repeated in the 14th Amendment because it was considered unnecessary.
Although Indians were at least partially subject to U.S. jurisdiction, they owed allegiance to their tribes, not the United States.
This reasoning — divided allegiance — applies equally to exclude the children of resident aliens, legal as well as illegal, from birthright citizenship.
Sen. Lyman Trumbull of Illinois was, Graglia writes, one of two "principal authors of the citizenship clauses in 1866 act and the 14th Amendment."
He said that "subject to the jurisdiction of the United States" meant subject to its "complete" jurisdiction, meaning "not owing allegiance to anybody else."
Hence children whose Indian parents had tribal allegiances were excluded from birthright citizenship.
Appropriately, in 1884 the Supreme Court held that children born to Indian parents were not born "subject to" U.S. jurisdiction because, among other reasons, the person so born could not change his status by his "own will without the action or assent of the United States."
And "no one can become a citizen of a nation without its consent." Graglia says this decision "seemed to establish" that U.S. citizenship is "a consensual relation, requiring the consent of the United States."
So: "This would clearly settle the question of birthright citizenship for children of illegal aliens. There cannot be a more total or forceful denial of consent to a person's citizenship than to make the source of that person's presence in the nation illegal."
Congress has heard testimony estimating that more than two-thirds of all births in Los Angeles public hospitals, and more than half of all births in that city, and nearly 10 percent of all births in the nation in recent years, have been to illegal immigrant mothers.
Graglia seems to establish that there is no constitutional impediment to Congress ending the granting of birthright citizenship to persons whose presence here is "not only without the government's consent but in violation of its law."

With his health care holy war, President Obama is sending America at least 10 messages since taking office:
1. I win; you lose.
2. My will; not the will of the people.
3. Government of Obama, by Obama, for Obama; not government of the people, by the people, for the people.
4. Corrupt House rules and autocracy; not play by the rules and democracy.
5. "I'll tread on you" now steps on "Don't tread on me."
6. "I, the president"; not "We, the People."
7. "All men are created equal" but I am more equal than others.
8. "The dissent of the president" overrules "the consent of the governed."
9. "Give me tyranny and give me debt" replaces "Give me liberty or give me death."
10. "That government is best which governs most" supersedes "That government is best which governs least."
Have You Ever Danced?
An old prospector shuffled into the town of El Indio , Texas leading an old tired mule. The old man headed straight for the only saloon in town, to clear his parched throat. He walked up to the saloon and tied his old mule to the hitch rail. As he stood there, brushing some of the dust from his face and clothes, a young gunslinger stepped out of the saloon with a gun in one hand and a bottle of whiskey in the other.
The young gunslinger looked at the old man and laughed, saying, "Hey old man, have you ever danced?" The old man looked up at the gunslinger and said, "No, I never did dance... never really wanted to."
A crowd had gathered as the gunslinger grinned and said, "Well, you old fool, you're gonna' dance now," and started shooting at the old man's feet. The old prospector, not wanting to get a toe blown off, started hopping around like a flea on a hot skillet. Everybody was laughing, fit to be tied.
When his last bullet had been fired, the young gunslinger, still laughing, holstered his gun and turned around to go back into the saloon. The old man turned to his pack mule, pulled out a double-barreled shotgun, and cocked both hammers. The loud clicks carried clearly through the desert air.
The crowd stopped laughing immediately. The young gunslinger heard the sounds too, and he turned around very slowly. The silence was almost deafening. The crowd watched as the young gunman stared at the old timer and the large gaping holes of those twin barrels.
The barrels of the shotgun never wavered in the old man's hands, as he quietly said, "Son, have you ever kissed a mule's ass?"
The gunslinger swallowed hard and said, "No sir..... but... I've always wanted to."
There are a few lessons for us all here:
Never be arrogant.
Don't waste ammunition.
Whiskey makes you think you're smarter than you are.
Always, always make sure you know who has the power.
Don't mess with old men, they didn't get old by being stupid.

Child Rape - The Spoils of War

believed that politics should be based on human nature. The dominant ideologies today go against that and stifle natural expressions of common sense.

In his greatest speech made in response to calls for him to be prosecuted under the 1976 Race Relations Act, "The Uniform of Colour", Enoch Powell gave an insight into how human nature operates:
"In understanding this matter, the beginning of wisdom is to grasp the law that in human societies power is never left unclaimed and unused. It does not blow about, like wastepaper on the streets, ownerless and inert.
Men's nature is not only, as Thucydides long ago asserted, to exert power where they have it; men cannot help themselves from exerting power where they have it, whether they want to or not.
The coloured population of over two million in England, a population which grows at the rate of nearly 100,000 a year while the remainder diminishes, a population which is predominantly concentrated in the central areas of the metropolis and other key urban and industrial centers of England, does possess-simply by reason of segregation and differentiation-a power which would not accrue to a mere random sample of two million persons similarly located but not perceived or perceiving themselves as distinct from the rest".
The Sun of 10 November 2006 quoted Dame Eliza Manningham-Bullerquoted as predicting waves of terrorist bombings, with possibly chemical and biological devices.
"At this moment, at least 30 attacks are being actively planned and 1,600 suicidal young terrorists are under surveillance. Round-the-clock vigilance by security services has thwarted five major conspiracies and saved countless lives. There are plenty more outrages being planned."
There have been warnings from the Home Secretary and her predecessor John Reid. The US classes London as a centre of terrorism!
There are so many Muslims militantly opposed to us that it is attempting to live in a fantasy of multi-racial harmony to pretend that we are in anything but an early stage of undeclared war.

But there is another aspect of the war being waged against us in our own country by people the elites who are bringing here which is not admitted by our complicit authorities.

In an expose` of public interest the Daily Mail of 6 April 2009 reported: "Migrant workers and illegal immigrants (asylum seekers) were responsible for up to a third of all sex attacks in some areas".
Greater London was worst affected, with foreigners charged in connection with a third of rapes. To get the figures the Express had to make a Freedom of Information request.

Most sex attacks were committed by foreigners in areas with large immigrant communities, like Cambridgeshire, Merseyside, Hertfordshire, Avon and Somerset. Police say it is difficult to bring foreign rapists to justice due to the large number of migrant workers and illegal immigrants in the country and there is no record of them entering the country.

On March 27, 2009 six Muslim men were arrested for the sexual exploitation and rape of young English girls: "A police spokesman said that it was important to maintain a low profile in order to keep the impact and disturbance caused to surrounding communities to a minimum.
He added: "Uniformed officers from the Safer Neighbourhood Teams will be issuing leaflets to residents following the raid to reassure them and explain some details of the operation."

Why don't the police just beg Muslims to stop raping young white children, to save the police having a race war on our streets?

Our children that they raped were as young as 11 years old. TheRotherham Advertiser reported it but left out the ethnic identities to fool locals into thinking anyone might be doing it when it is Muslim communities.
The Advertiser also minimised the seriousness of the attacks by describing them as "exploitation and rape" when it is child molesting and child rape - our children, who are being raped by invaders plundering booty; during invasions, the conquerors rape the women of the conquered, but these are with the complicity of the political police and government.

The rapes in the Rwanda War are notorious. In 1998, the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda held that "sexual assault formed an integral part of the process of destroying the Tutsi ethnic group and that the rape was systematic and had been perpetrated against Tutsi women only, manifesting the specific intent required for those acts to constitute genocide."
Presiding judge Navanethem Pillay said in a statement after the verdict: "From time immemorial, rape has been regarded as spoils of war. Now it will be considered a war crime. We want to send out a strong message that rape is no longer a trophy of war."

But the rapes on our children are "spoils of war." Although on a smaller scale than the above examples, the rapes of British children have the same basic motives; the hatred of one ethnic group for another.
They are perpetrated on one people (our children) by a different group of people(older Muslim men).

The orthodox assumption is that Muslims rapists are like British rapists - acting as individuals (or a couple), but this is a whole community based on extended families raping the children of a different community. This is where treating each case an as individual case breaks down. It is guerilla warfare: fighting by unconventional means within areas occupied by the enemy(us).

The brave Grandfather of a 12 year old who was child-raped, and passed around to other's to rape, reported it to Rotherham Police but they told him there was nothing they could do about it so he went to Marlene Guest, a Rotherham BNP councillor, and explained that the police had refused to uphold the law against the rapists.
Councillor Guest drove straight to the Rotherham Main Street police station and warned them, that if they continued to shield child-rapists the BNPwould publicise it as they had in Huddersfield. That is the only reasonRotherham police acted.

In Huddersfield, Muslim men were telephoning young girls and threatening to burn down their homes if they did not meet them.
The Mother of one of the raped children, said that she there many case's of child rape by Muslims in Huddersfield and took reporters to meet some of the Mothers, all had the same experiences - multiple offences, and the police allowing Muslims to get away with it. These child- rapes by Muslim communities are only exposed after heroic relations fight the police who fear a race-war starting so they cover it up.(2)

We have evidence of the community nature of the child-rapes in these reports but the establishment pretend it is something else. It is being waged against us by extended families.

British National Party Councillor Sharon Wilkinson listened to the story of a lady living in the war zone in a Northern Mill Town.
Hundreds of white girls, many as young as 12, are being lured into group sex and prostitution by gangs of British born Pakistani men from West and South Yorkshire.
The girls are introduced to their 'pimps' by classmates, often brothers and cousins of the older Muslim rapists. It is their community against ours.(3)

The Daily Mail of 27 March 2008 prompted by that evening's Panorama expose reported some case studies which show that it is the Muslim community as a whole attacking our people.
"Jane: "It happened every night. There were loads of men involved.. You couldn't keep count. It was like a conveyor belt." she relates.
"A conveyor belt of men all expecting sex. She was only 14. Jane clearly remembers the sheer, terrifying numbers of men who would be brought to her bed at night ...
As she puts it: "I was just this innocent little girl who went from playing with her dolls to having sex with lots of different men."

And unpalatable though it may be to confront, there are, even now, many other innocent little girls at risk of being forced into the same sickening transition. (4)

She relates the pattern: Victims are wooed by gangs of older men and made dependent by expensive gifts and constant compliments.
A sexual relationship ensues before the abusers begin to exert control through threats, brutality and drugs before selling the girls to other men for sex. ...
The numbers involved in setting the girls up and raping them from the Muslim community and the fact that it is relations acting together, demonstrates the community nature of this attack on our community.

"The grooming starts where you meet them and they're nice to you and take you to McDonald's and buy you cigarettes," she tells Panorama. "I was flattered that older boys were interested in me, which at 13 is nice. "And then you start to meet the cousins and the brothers, and then you realise that you've been passed on because suddenly you're hanging around with older people."
It was not long either, before the "hanging around" took on a more sinister tone. "They start to touch you and say sexual things to you," she told Panorama. "And then the abuse starts.
I was pinned down by two men while a third man raped me. "And there were other men watching."
There are threats of violence: "They'd say things like they'd bomb my house and gang-rape my mum," she says. "I had to perform sexual acts on different men. One would come in, do whatever he wanted, go out and another would come in," she recalls.

"One day I was picked up by an older man who took me to a park. He pulled a gun out from under the car seat and put it to my head and told me that I was going to die in three seconds," she remembers. "Then he counted down and pulled the trigger, but it wasn't loaded. He found that amusing."
These vile abuses of our young girls by the Muslim community is an Act of War.

"Eventually, terrified for her life, Jane confided the truth to her parents, who reported it to the police. What ensued is subject to dispute: while the force concerned say they couldn't find enough evidence for a prosecution, Jane insists she felt forced to withdraw her allegations because officers couldn't guarantee her safety.

Lindsay and Fiona had similar Stories. They were both troubled youngsters who had problems at home, they were manipulated by predatory older Muslims.

Islamist Gülen Movement Runs U.S. Charter Schools
A secretive foreign network of Islamic radicals now operates dozens of charter schools -- which receive government money but are not required to adopt a state-approved curriculum -- on U.S. soil.
The inspirer of this conspiratorial effort is Fethullah Gülen, who directs a major Islamist movement in Turkey and the Turkish Diaspora but lives in the United States. He is number thirteen among the world's "50 most influential Muslims," according to one prominent listing.
Gülen has been criticized as the puppet master for the current Turkish government headed by the "soft Islamist" Justice and Development Party, known by its Turkish initials as the AKP, in its slow-motion showdown with the secularist Turkish military.
But Gülen is also known in Muslim countries for his network of 500-700 Islamic schools around the world, according to differing sources favorable to his movement.
A more critical view of Gülen's emphasis on education asserts that his international network of thousands of primary and secondary schools, universities, and student residences is a key element in solidifying an Islamist political agenda in Turkey.
But in startling news for Americans, the Gülen movement operates more than 85 primary and secondary schools on our soil.
A roster of the Gülen schools and of the numerous foundations that support them has been released to the public by the patriotic group Act! for America. The Gülen schools are often designated as "science academies" and are concentrated in Texas, Ohio, and California -- with others scattered across the rest of the country.
Two states that host Gülen charter schools are Arizona and Utah. In the former, the Daisy Education Corporation (the Gülen movement loves friendly-sounding institutional names) operates three schools in Tucson: one serving kindergarten through the eighth grade, another designated as an elementary school, and a middle-high school, all under the rubric of the Sonoran Science Academy.
In Phoenix, it runs a satellite kindergarten-to-10th-grade campus with the same name.
The appearance of Gülen charter schools in Tucson has produced critical attention in local media.
TheTucson Weekly published a report at the end of 2009 noting that the Sonoran Science Academy in the southern Arizona town had been named "charter school of the year" by the Arizona Charter School Association.
But writer Tim Vanderpool reported that according to one dismayed parent, who declined identification while pointing out the Gülen movement's history of intimidating critics, "the Sonoran Academy seems constantly to be bringing Turkish educators into the United States, and subjecting students to substitute teachers while the teachers await work visas."
Vanderpool submits that "several Sonoran Academy parents believe the school has a hidden agenda to promote Gülen's brand of Turkish nationalism, advance sympathy for that country's political goals such as winning acceptance into the European Union, and discourage official acknowledgment of Turkey's genocide against the Armenians during World War I."
Such issues are exotic, to say the least, for Tucson parents.
Earlier in 2009, the Beehive Science and Technology Academy, a high school in Salt Lake City, came under similar critical scrutiny from the Salt Lake Tribune.
That major daily's writer, Kirsten Stewart, reported that the Utah State Charter Board had begun an investigation of the Beehive school following complaints from a former teacher and an alarmed parent.
The complainants asserted that while "Beehive advertises itself as a public charter school offering college-bound seventh through 12thgraders a foundation in math and science ... the school has another mission: to advance and promote certain Islamic beliefs.
They point to questionable financial transactions and hiring practices as proof of the school's covert ties to Turkish Muslim preacher Fethullah Gülen."
But while Fatih Karatas, principal of the Sonoran Science Academy middle school in Tucson, flatly denied any connection with the Gülen movement, Beehive principal Muhammet "Frank" Erdogan in Salt Lake City admitted such links in the case of his school.
The Salt Lake Tribune quoted his admission that along with him, "many of Beehive's teachers and founders also support Gülen's ideals.
" The paper also described how "Adam Kuntz, a first-year history teacher at Beehive, was fired [in spring 2009], he alleges, for taking academic freedom concerns to the state board.
Earlier in the school year, Kuntz had a run-in with Erdogan over a lesson plan on World War II and the Holocaust. Erdogan wanted Kuntz to revise the plan and during a tape-recorded meeting, questioned conventional accounts of the genocide."
Kelly Wayment, a parent of three children in the school, was removed from his post on the Beehive administrative board after he e-mailed other parents about Gülen movement influence in the school.
Wayment told the Salt Lake Tribune that as in the Tucson case, teachers "tend to be from Turkey and central Asian republics living here on work visas."
Americans should ask both why and how the Islamist Gülen movement has managed to establish such a large presence for Turkish religious political indoctrination in publicly financed education -- and should unite to oppose it.
Indonesia's largest Muslim organization rules in favor of underage marriages
Just the other day, they also ruled that Sharia takes precedence over civil law. That paves the way for rulings like this, which uphold Muhammad's example above those pesky modern Indonesian laws about child welfare and human rights.

The minimum age of 16 years to marry under the prevailing 1974 marriage law is not a sharia-binding regulation for Muslims, according to Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) jurists.
The panel of sharia experts announced there was no age limitation for marriage under Islamic law.
They did not cite gender; but the law states that women must be at least 16 to marry, while the minimum age for men to marry is 18.
The experts said Muslim parents can marry off their underage children, but strongly appealed for marriages to only be carried out after the child has reached puberty.
Non-binding. Wink-wink.
The jurists underlined that couples in which both are underage must abstain from sexual intercourse until they are deemed physically and mentally capable of doing so.
In practice, the person making that call will all too likely be the randy old creep who just married a 12-year-old.
The edict was reached at a meeting of jurists at the national leadership conference of NU, the country's largest Muslim organization, in Makassar, South Sulawesi.
"The majority of clerics are of the opinion that there is no minimum age limit in marriage under sharia law," NU jurist Cholil Nafis told a press conference on the sidelines of the congress on Friday.
The edict to allow for underage marriages quickly sparked protests from human rights activists Friday.
"It's a setback and contravenes the 2002 Child Protection Law," National Commission for Child's Protection (Komnas Anak) secretary general Arist Merdeka Sirait said.
Article 48 of the law requires parents to prevent their children from underage marriages, he argued.
"Underage marriages eliminate the rights of children, particularly to determine their future, and encourages sexual exploitation," Arist said....
Taliban actively training child suicide bombers

Taliban suicide schools dotting the Af-Pak tribal belt leave no child behind in the deadly lessons.
Graduates don't go to college - they blow themselves to bits in Afghanistan to find paradise.
Since 2005, when the Haqqani Taliban introduced suicide bombings in the Afghan war, kids have become a messenger of choice.
The suicide schools aren't new, but the processes of recruiting, training and operations are detailed in a grim new report by West Point's Combating Terrorism Center.
The tiny Taliban enrolled in Pakistani camps dotting the battle-scarred landscape go through a curriculum not unlike their American counterparts - but with a violent twist.
A typical day for the mostly Pashtun "fidai" - suicide bombers, who call other jihadis "common mujahids" - begins before dawn in camps numbering no more than 35 "students."
The black-turbaned recruits - typically 12 or 13 years old, with some as young as 7 - recite Koran verses until morning prayers.
They eat together, and then "driver's ed" takes on a sinister new meaning, according to writer S.H. Tajik, a United Nations law enforcement official, in the latest "CTC Sentinel."
Tajik drew his information from Pakistani government interrogations of nabbed jihadis.
"After breakfast, most trainees receive driver's education and practice vehicle maneuvers ... in preparation for vehicle-borne suicide attacks," he explained.
At one school, "six station wagons were available for this," Tajik wrote, citing detainees grilled by officials in Islamabad. The kids clean camp until lunch, take a nap, then take more "outdoor driving lessons after having tea with cookies."
"I want to grow up with military training, to participate in fighting and, Allah willing, to perform a martyrdom operation," said a pint-size wanna-be in a 2008 Islamic Jihad Union video found by the SITE Intelligence Group.
Many never grow up. They are sent to bomb U.S. and coalition targets in neighboring Afghanistan. Other kids are reclaimed by their families - though some run away and return to the Taliban schools.
"There was good food, pocket money, good friends and vehicles for driving," captured trainee Abid Mehsud said in his confession, the report says.
Terror groups on both sides of the border have hardly made the training and use of child suicide bombers a secret and have released videos about them as recently as January.

Two female suicide bombers strike Moscow subway, at least 37 dead

MOSCOW - Two female suicide bombers blew themselves up on Moscow's subway system as it was jam-packed with rush-hour passengers Monday, killing at least 37 people and wounding 102, officials said.
The head of Russia's main security agency said preliminary investigation places the blame on rebels from the restive Caucasus region that includes Chechnya, where separatists have fought Russian forces since the mid-1990s.
The first explosion took place just before 8 a.m. at the Lubyanka station in central Moscow. The station is underneath the building that houses the main offices of the Federal Security Service, or FSB, the KGB's main successor agency.
A second explosion hit the Park Kultury station about 45 minutes later.
Emergency Minister Sergei Shoigu said the toll was 37 killed and 102 injured, but he did not give a breakdown of casualties at each station, according to Russian news agencies.
"I heard a bang, turned my head and smoke was everywhere. People ran for the exits screaming," said 24-year-old Alexander Vakulov, who said he was on a train on the platform opposite the targeted train at Park Kultury.
"I saw a dead person for the first time in my life," said 19-year-old Valentin Popov, who had just arrived at the station from the opposite direction.
In a televised meeting with President Dmitry Medvedev, Federal Security Service head Alexander Bortnikov said body fragments of the two bombers pointed to a Caucasus connection. He did not elaborate.
"We will continue the fight against terrorism unswervingly and to the end," Medvedev said. Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, on an official trip to Siberia, was being kept informed of developments, news reports said.
The blasts practically paralyzed movement in the city center as emergency vehicles sped to the stations.
In the Park Kultury blast, the bomber was wearing a belt packed with plastic explosive and set it off as the train's doors opened, said Vladimir Markin, a spokesman for Russia's top investigative body. The woman has not been identified, he told reporters.
A woman who sells newspapers outside the Lubyanka station, Ludmila Famokatova, said there appeared to be no panic, but that many of the people who streamed out were distraught.
"One man was weeping, crossing himself, saying 'thank God I survived'," she said.
The last confirmed terrorist attack in Moscow was in August 2004, when a suicide bomber blew herself up outside a city subway station, killing 10 people. Responsibility for that blast was claimed by Chechen rebels.
Russian police have killed several Islamic militant leaders in the North Caucasus recently, including one last week in the Kabardino-Balkariya region. The killing of Anzor Astemirov was mourned by contributors to two al-Qaida-affiliated Web sites.
The killings have raised fears of retaliatory strikes by the militants.
In February, Chechen rebel leader Doku Umarov warned in an interview on a rebel-affiliated Website that "the zone of military operations will be extended to the territory of Russia ... the war is coming to their cities."
Umarov also claimed his fighters were responsible for the Novemberbombing of the Nevsky Express passenger train that killed 26 people en route from Moscow to St. Petersburg.
Umarov is also implicated in the assassination of a Russian Orthodox priest.
The Moscow subway system is one of the world's busiest, carrying around 7 million passengers on an average workday, and is a key element in running the sprawling and traffic-choked city
Indonesia: Crucifix could be "porn" under new law
The terminology was carefully chosen by the Sharia-inclined parties pushing this law. After all, what kind of person, they could ask, would object to curbing pornography? What kind of religious group would object?
They can thus seize upon objections to portray their opponents as perverts and savages to an inattentive audience that projects their own understanding onto a term that is being used in quite a different context.
It's actually quite a common tactic, though usually employing ostensibly positive terms like "peace," "justice," "human rights," "women's rights," and so forth.
The crucial difference occurs when Sharia is the framework in which such terms are defined. Hence, in this case, all freedom of personal and religious expression becomes subject to Sharia.
As such, the "pornography" law threatens to become a vehicle for Islamic supremacism and the cultural genocide of non-Islamic traditions, whether Christian, Hindu, or other non-Islamic faiths in Indonesia.

Even the naked body of Christ may be considered as pornography after Indonesia's Constitutional Court approved a new anti-porn law, Catholics fear.
The fears arose after the Constitutional Court declared the anti-pornography law (enacted by the Government in 2008) to be compatible with Indonesian public policy, Fides reports.
Fides sources say that in Indonesian civil society, among moderate Muslims, Christians, and Hindu groups, as well as associations dedicated to protecting freedom and human rights - especially in eastern Indonesia- have challenged the document.
"It is not that we are pro-pornography," explained Catholic sources of Fides, "but because it is feared that this law - accepting a controversial generic definition of 'pornography,' which includes 'any attitude and any artistic-cultural form of communication that excites a sexual instinct or is contrary to morality,' lends itself easily to exploitation: the fundamentalist Muslim fringe can use it to penalize non-Muslims and, ultimately, seek to impose strictly traditional customs, even the Sharia."
"Our angels are naked," an Indonesian priest told Fides ironically. "Will they be outlawed? This law comes at a time when the country is also debating the blasphemy law, which carries similar risks.
Many Islamic leaders and intellectuals have called for a review of the measure on blasphemy, saying it is the wrong weapon to leave in the hands of radical Islamic groups.
In the case of the anti-pornography bill, however, threats and insults have hit Catholic Judge Maria Farida, one of the nine judges of the Constitutional Court (the only woman and the only Catholic of the Court) because she courageously voted against this bill. Only close family and friends know what he is doing, because the militiamen in his neighborhood frown on such frivolities.
The oud's angst-filled tunes define Iraq's music, the same way the Tigris and Euphrates rivers define its landscape. But nowadays few in the country play or make the oud, a pear-shaped, deep-voiced cousin of the lute. Hundreds of artists fled Iraq during the violence in recent years -- and continued instability and the power of religious hard-liners give them little desire to return....
Now Hassan is also hoping to leave Iraq. Like many of the estimated 2.5 million Shiites who live in Sadr City, he has had to cope with some of the city's worst living conditions. Militiamen have closed music stores, prohibited the mixing of the sexes, banned wedding parties, imposed the Islamic hijab on women and murdered gay men -- all while making a living as hired guns....
"I could have gone out on the streets carrying an RPG or a machine-gun and people would either take no notice or commend me on my courage," he mused. "But I would have probably been killed if I had gone out with an oud in my hand," he said with a laugh tinged with bitterness....
Good news: Minnesota school district working on complaints of anti-Muslim incidents with Hamas-linked group that has publicized fake anti-Muslim hate crimes
CAIR filed the complaint. School district officials uncritically and compliantly turned to CAIR for help. None appear to have dared to question (and probably none even thought to question) the veracity of the reports themselves, despite the Hamas-linked CAIR's track record of publicizing fake hate crimes.

St. Cloud school district and leaders of a Minnesota Islamic civil rights group agreed Friday to continue to work together to make schools safe for all students.
Members of the Council on American-Islamic Relations' Minnesota chapter and St. Cloud school district officials met in St. Cloud for about 90 minutes Friday to discuss the complaint CAIR filed with the U.S. Department of Education claiming that Muslim students confront a hostile learning environment in St. Cloud schools. It is expected to take a month to determine whether there will be an investigation.
The school district has agreed that human resources director and human rights director Tracy Flynn Bowe will serve as the point person for any future complaints CAIR hears from St. Cloud students.
CAIR has also agreed to consider writing a second letter to the Department of Education saying that CAIR and St. Cloud school district have been partners in working through issues in the schools. The two sides are also considering a joint statement to the community saying the same thing. [...]
CAIR and St. Cloud schools have been working through discrimination complaints from Muslim students since June. The relationship has included numerous face-to-face meetings, phone conversations and staff training provided by CAIR.
The district said it was disappointed that CAIR felt the need to take the complaint to the federal government and that the rights group's letter had not included it had been working with St. Cloud schools the past nine months.
But apparently not disappointed enough to grow skeptical about this gang of thugs:
"I hope we continue to use them as a resource. They want that and we want that," Superintendent Steve Jordahl said....

Duty, Honor, Country: Not for Obama
Marie-Joseph Paul Yves Roch Gilbert du Motier was born in 1757 in Auvergne, France, and was destined to become one of the great patriots of the American Revolution.
Orphaned at a very young age, he inherited a noble heritage and a great deal of money. Following in his father's example, and that of his ancestors before him, the young French nobleman became a soldier and attained the rank of captain in the French cavalry at the age of 16.
The Marquis de Lafayette, as history came to know him, was impassioned by the ideas, and the ideals, of the revolutionary activity occurring in the American colonies.
It was actually said in the late 18th Century, on both the American and European continents, that the American Revolution was far more fashionable in the cafes of Paris than it was in the taverns of the future United States of America.
A relation of King Louis XVI, and a nephew-in-law to the French Ambassador to the Court of St. James, (the Duke de Noailles), the young French nobleman was ordered to curtail his obvious enthusiasm for the American Revolutionary activities.
Instead, though he was already married to a devoted Adrienne de Noailles, a father with another child on the way, at the age of 19, he fled his home, (despite the royal disapproval of his actions), and escaped to Bordeaux.
It was at this seaside city that he, again contrary to royal orders, purchased an oceangoing ship and set off across the Atlantic Ocean in order to join in the fight for American independence.
This extraordinary young man did not yet speak any English, nor did he personally know anyone in the American colonies. What the Marquis de Lafayette did have, and had in spades, was a belief in the first fight of its kind in history to achieve freedom and the rights of man.
These intellectual ideas had actually started in Paris, and were being realized for the first time in America.
Another factor of this amazing young man's actions was also the French visceral reaction to 'le perfide Albion,' which is how France had referred to their bitterest rival, England, for centuries, and which was shared by every Frenchman.
Back to the extraordinary histoire of Marie-Joseph Paul Yves Roch Gilbert du Motier:
The Marquis landed in South Carolina in June, 1777, commandeered some horses (he was an excellent horseman), and rode to where he thought he could locate General George Washington. He felt that personal contact was necessary, and he was proven to be entirely right.
The Marquis persevered until the two finally met in Philadelphia in July of that year, and it was to be the beginning of a life-long relationship of extraordinary closeness. He eventually became a Major-General of the American Revolution, at the age of 22, and served with great distinction during his entire American military career
He was also instrumental in convincing his distant cousin, the French king, who eventually forgave his relation's transgressions, to come to the aid of the nascent country.
The Marquis accomplished this by travelling back and forth between the two countries several times during the Revolutionary War, in a series of successful efforts to secure French aid, not only in the form of funds, uniforms, guns and ammunition, among other things military, but also with what proved to be vital French army and naval participation.
As a result of what the French contributed to the American Revolution, thanks to the Marquis de Lafayette, ably assisted by the great diplomat, (and so many other things) Benjamin Franklin, we were able to win our war.
The young French nobleman did eventually learn English, though it was always spoken by him in a largely incorrect but always charmingly melodramatic way.
Nonetheless, the greatest of our Founders, George Washington, came to love this extraordinary young man, and this was thoroughly reciprocated by Lafayette.
They came to feel about each other as if they were a son and his adoptive father, and in the 67 years of George Washington's life, no one was more consistently devoted and loyal to the General than the Marquis de Lafayette.
He named his only son, the descendant of two of the greatest families of France, George Washington de Lafayette. He also named his second daughter Virginie, after the American state of Virginia.
Perhaps the most remarkable demonstration of this relationship was when Lafayette, who after his return to France after the American Revolution had been won, was made head of the National Guard at the beginning of the Revolution in France in 1789.
As such, he was in charge of the demolition of the political prison, the Bastille, whose destruction by Parisian mobs in 1789 started the French Revolution.
He retrieved the key to the front door of the prison, and sent the key, along with an engraving of the destruction of the prison, to his beloved General George Washington. He did so, as he said in his communication accompanying these extraordinary objects, that they were to be accepted:
"as a tribute - from a son to my adoptive father
as an aide-de-camp - to my General
and as a missionary of liberty - to its patriarch."
The key to the Bastille remains in George Washington's home, from that time to this day. There is also, in Mount Vernon, an original engraving of King Louis XVI, which was a gift from the King to General Washington to represent the King's great regard for the American leader.
One can see the Bourbon crest on the original frame surrounding the portrait. This was just a few years before the murder of the French King during the Terror in Paris.
One can accurately infer that the relationship between the United States of America and France, its first and vital ally was as close as close could be, in large part due to the personal relationship between two extraordinary men.
The start, in the late 18th Century, of international relations between the future United States of America and its first European ally was embarked upon rather well, don't you think?
Clearly, a positive relationship with strong and resolute allies is a necessary part of American foreign policy and national security, so shall we now examine the relationship between our first and perhaps former ally 2010?
The 21st Century beginning was a brief introduction between the French and American leaders, when Obama first met French President Nicholas Sarkozy, and literally 45 minutes later, he publically referred to him as "my dear friend, Nicholas Sarkozy."
Such obvious insincerity is not looked well upon by the French.
After an initial flurry of approval on the part of the French people that the wretched America of Vietnam and 'Georges Boosh' had the wisdom (who knew 'les Amerlocks," pejorative term used by the French re: Americans, were capable of such a thing?) to elect the first African American President.
The resulting love fest was, despite the rejection of the French-clone John Kerry by 'les stupides Americans' in the last election, considerable, and all, seemingly, was forgiven.
Then, after Obama humiliated the United States at his next meeting with Sarkozy by pleading with Russia to achieve a nuclear free world, (to our detriment, of course), and he announced these naïve foreign policy views in front of a jaded United Nations' audience, and in front of an embarrassed French President.
The more realistic (and equally jaded) of the two world leaders, Mr. Sarkozy observed that Obama must try to understand that he was living in a real, nuclear, world, not a "virtual world" of his utopian desires.
Soon thereafter, French President Sarkozy said the following in a French newspaper article: "Obama has been in power for a year, and he has already lost three special elections. Me, I have won two legislative elections and the EU election. What can one say I've lost?"
True, one can detect a bit of what is classically Gallic in this quote, but Gallic hubris doesn't know from hubris until you've see the like in Barack Hussein Obama.
A theme seems to have been developed vis a vis the American President by the French President since the beginning of the Obama Administration.
The cluelessness of this Administration regarding foreign policy in general and to the rest of the West in particular is actually terrifying to our former Western allies.
One cannot be sure that Obama understands this, but America accepted the defense of the West after the Second World War and continues to do so to this day.
With the new and voluntary acquiescence to weakness on the part of America under Obama, Europeans have seen for the first time what might happen if America were not there to protect them.
If America, under its current leadership, is unwilling, or unable, to defend the rest of the free world, who would do it? We, along with our former European allies, all know the answer to that question. The French word is 'personne,' which means, no one.

Yet another remarkable difference between the two Western leaders can be seen in the differing remarks of the two leaders about certain aspects of Islamic practice.
Nicholas Sarkozy recently determined the following about the use of the burka (the full body covering Muslim women are forced to wear) in his country: "The (face-covering) veil is not a sign of religion, but a sign of subservience. We cannot accept to have in our country, women who are prisoners behind netting, cut off from social life, deprived of identity."
The former was from the President of France. The following is from the President of the United State of America, formerly the citadel of freedom in the world.
"The U.S. government has gone to court to protect the right of women and girls to wear the hijab, (partial burka), and to punish those who would deny it. I reject the view of some in the West that a woman who chooses to cover her hair is somehow less equal."
I repeat, this quote expresses the concern of the President of the United States of America about women, living in America, being forced to cover themselves according to the rules of Muslim men.
Obama protects these inhuman rules, Sarkozy fights them.
The final straw for Sarkozy actually seems to have been when Obama was most recently in France, and responded to the French President's formal invitation to dinner in Paris at the Elysee Palace with President Sarkozy and his wife.
The response to the French President's invitation was that Obama just didn't have the time. As it turned out, Michelle and the girls had shopping to do before they flew back to Washington on Air Force One, minus Obama who had other things to do, primary among them blowing off the President of France, our first and former ally.
Let me be perfectly clear (in the words of our current President), the American President, in an unnecessary and unprecedented diss to our oldest ally, made it very clear to the French that they were just one country among many; nothing particularly special to America.
The result of this was, to those who comprehend the unique nation of France and who understand our special and necessary relationship, that nothing more insulting could have been done.
And honor still matters in France, as it did in the 18th Century in both countries.
The love for America on the part of the first French patriot who fought so hard for the establishment of our republic, and who was as American as the Generals with whom he fought, was so great that he brought something precious back with him when he returned from his last trip to his beloved America, which was shortly before he died..
This precious burden was used after his death, when he was buried in at the Pere Lachaise Cemetery in Paris.
At the request of the Marquis de Lafayette, soil he had brought back with him from Bunker Hill in Massachusetts, was used to bury the. American patriot who so loved his adopted nation
Thus, the Marquis de Lafayette, centuries ago, demonstrated more love for and devotion to, the United States of America than Barack Hussein Obama has done in over a year as our tragically elected 44th President.
Now let "ALL OF US" show our unwavering support for "HONEST & TRUE REPRESENTATION” IN OUR GOVERNMENT AT ALL LEVELS come this “NOVEMBER".
Let "EVERYONE IN OUR COUNTRY" just look at EVERY CAR WHICH HAS THEIR HEADLIGHTS TURNED ON; ON EVERY HIGHWAY IN EVERY STATE; for EVERY WEEKEND until ELECTION DAY is over.
These are the People WHO TRULY SUPPORT A REALLY BIG “CHANGE BACK TO WHAT OUR FOUNDING FATHERS WISHED FOR OUR NATION.
A Nation where the U.S. CONSTITUTION & BILL OF RIGHTS is Honored and Respected and not Trampled upon and Shredded.
