Restaurants and bars are whacked with county health violations if they so much as operate a dysfunctional dishwasher, and yet cops are given free reign to swagger through businesses on horseback in some kind of bizarre display of letting the scum know who their bosses are.
Remember one of the early scenes in the classic movie Planet of the Apes? The apes on horseback ride roughshod over the scurrying humans, whipping them into submission, capturing them in huge nets, and reminding them that they are slaves.
Armed with torture devices known as "Tasers," all that cops in Tampa Florida are missing is the whip, because apparently they believe that, as Gods and masters of the serfs and not public servants, they have the right to ride on horseback through private businesses in an effort scare the patrons of bars and restaurants into submission.

"Eleven seconds into the video, you can hear a woman scream. Apparently, the owners of a tattoo parlor adjacent to the bar - are worried that with big crowds on weekends someone could get hurt."
But the scream is the desired response - this is all about the thug cops, who have been trained that Americans are dangerous domestic terrorists, asserting their dominance over the gelded public in a public display of power similar to how a big fat magpie arrogantly struts across a garden to frighten away smaller birds.
This is psychological terrorism on an animalistic level, a way of brainwashing the dumbed-down public into cowering and screaming whenever a God police officer approaches.
The fact that this violates every health and safety code in the book, which is thrown at business owners for petty infractions on a routine basis, is another example of how society is now being divided into a two-tier caste system of masters and servants.
The majority of respondents to the story agreed.
"A "strong presence" huh?" asks one. "Why stop here? Why not brown shirts and swastikas? Jack booted thugs on every corner are a "strong presence" too and we aren't far away".
"Nothing says police oppression and disease, more than indoor trotting horses," adds another.

that it would crawl to the street and get run over.
The policeman said, 'We already have a unit on the way,
whatever you do, DO NOT open the door.'
He told her that they think a serial killer
has a baby's cry recorded and uses it to coax
women out of their homes thinking that someone
dropped off a baby. He said they have not verified it,
but have had several calls by women saying that
they hear baby's cries outside their doors
when they're home alone at night.
10. Water scam!
If you wake up in the middle
of the night to hear all your taps outside running or what you think is a
burst pipe, DO NOT GO OUT TO INVESTIGATE! These people turn on all your
outside taps full ball so that you will go out to investigate and
then attack.

To Beck's regular audience, his disregard for political correctness and adherence to no-nonsense common sense are refreshing. To his detractors, he is a fear-mongering extremist whose opinions represent reckless "vitriolic rhetoric."
When third-year University of Wisconsin law student Angelo Carusone was annoyed by Beck's "controversial" opinions, he launched StopBeck.com—an online effort aimed at pressuring advertisers to withdraw their commercial support from Beck's broadcast on Fox and, in turn, force Beck off the air.
Working from an office in his two-bedroom apartment in Madison, Wis., Carusone sends sound bites of Beck's show to corporate sponsors and questions whether their products and services should support Beck's programming. In many cases, this slight nudge is enough to make the targeted advertisers pull their commercials.
If advertisers don't pull their support, Carusone uses his website and social networking sites to organize other Beck opponents—including his nearly 8,000 followers on Twitter—to bombard the companies with messages in support of a Beck advertising boycott. And if the snowballing effect of thousands of outspoken anti-Beck activists doesn't stir enough commotion for a company to relent, Carusone picks up the phone to personally confront them. In what he calls his "least flattering method of persuasion," Carusone argues with corporate media executives until they give in.
StopBeck.com also claims that Beck "uses his media platform to disseminate vitriolic hateful rhetoric and stoke racial anxieties," and the group works in conjunction with ColorofChange.org—a group founded by dismissed Obama green jobs czar Van Jones—in boycotting Beck's commercial sponsors. Both organizations disparaged Beck for questioning President Obama's personal motives in condemning the Cambridge, Mass., Police for arresting Harvard professor Henry Gates in 2009.
ColorofChange.org Executive Director James Rucker told Townhall that the group's goal has been "to bring Beck's pattern of race-baiting to advertisers' attention, to let them know about our members' concerns and to ask whether those companies feel comfortable enabling Beck's rhetoric." But when rapper Kanye West infamously stated that President George W. Bush "doesn’t care about black people" following Hurricane Katrina, there was no boycott of West's album sales. And when pressed by Townhall about uber-Leftist comedian Bill Maher's recent comments about Barack Obama not being a "real black president" because he didn't carry a loaded pistol in his waistband, Rucker and Color of Change did not respond. By Color of Change's own standards, these comments seem "repulsive and dismissive," yet Beck and Fox News remain the group's only boycott targets.
Color of Change and StopBeck.com represent a small niche of the anti-Beck movement on the Left that uses advertising dollars as leverage to silence what they refer to as Glenn Beck's "brand of hate"—a "brand" they’ve constructed by using selective interpretation of mere fragments of Beck's contextual dialogue.
But the Left's efforts in smearing and silencing Beck run well beyond the limits of these two online campaigns. The complex structure of the Left's Glenn Beck smear campaign also includes some familiar big players in liberal politics.

Starting in 2011—next year—the W-2 tax form sent by your employer will be
increased to show the value of whatever health insurance you are provided.
It doesn't matter if you're retired. Your gross income WILL go up by the amount
of insurance your employer paid for. So you’ll be required to pay taxes on a larger
sum of money than you actually received. Take the tax form you just finished for

Commentary: This 1,990-page health care bill includes numerous provisions to restructure the current private and public health insurance systems. Among other features, it provides standards that qualified health plans must meet, including a prohibition on preexisting condition exclusions, a prohibition of discrimination based on health status factors, and mandatory renewal of health insurance coverage. The services the bill requires all health insurance plans to cover include hospitalization, professional services of physicians, prescription drugs, mental health services, maternity care, and children's services. The bill creates a new federal agency (the "Health Choices Administration"), with a new federal commissioner and a Health Insurance Exchange, intended to "facilitate access of individuals and employers" to a variety of coverage plans, including government-provided insurance. The bill requires the Social Security Commissioner to enter into an agreement with the Health Choices Commissioner to establish a program to verify the citizenship information of applicants. The bill provides criminal penalties for the unlawful publishing or communication of such information by Health Choices Administration officers or employees. Violations could result in felony convictions and imprisonment of up to five years and criminal fines. The bill also provides that any individual who does not maintain adequate health insurance is subject to an additional tax equal to the lesser of the national average health insurance premiums or 2.5 percent of the amount in excess of a person's modified adjusted gross income over a threshold amount. Failure to pay this tax could subject an individual to the civil and criminal penalties of the existing IRS code. Under existing law, criminal penalties for nonpayment of taxes include fines of up to $25,000 and imprisonment of up to one year for misdemeanor willful failure to pay, and fines of up to $250,000 and imprisonment of up to five years for felony willful evasion. The bill provides for a surtax of 5.4 percent on individuals with an adjusted gross income over $500,000, an excise tax of 2.4 percent on medical devices. It also includes several increased civil penalties for false statements on provider or supplier enrollment applications, for false statements relating to payment for items and services furnished under a Federal health care program, and for failing "to grant timely access" to the Department of Health and Human Services for audits, investigations, and evaluations.

Included in the bill is a provision clarifying that if a violation of a national park regulation "occurs within a park, site, monument, or memorial that is part of the National Park System," violators are subject to the penalties specified in two other sections of the U.S. Code. Applicable penalties for violations of the Secretary of Interior's published rules and regulations include a fine of up to $500 or up to six months imprisonment. For other federal criminal code violations, applicable criminal fines against individuals include up to $5,000 for infractions and up to $250,000 for felonies (or misdemeanors resulting in death). BREAKING: ACORN Demanded And Won Changes To Preliminary ACORN Report That Whitewashes Wrongdoing

ACORN demanded and received changes to a congressional report that -surprise, surprise- fails to find ACORN did anything wrong.
Longtime ACORN lawyer Arthur Z. Schwartz sent a letter to the Government Accountability Office (GAO) which was examining federal grants to ACORN, under orders from Congress. Schwartz's demands appear at pages 32 and 33 of the report which is called "Preliminary Observations on Funding, Oversight, and Investigations and Prosecutions of ACORN or Potentially Related Organizations."

ACORN's election fraud assurance division, Project Vote, which used to employ President Obama, even threw in a few helpful suggestions in an effort to trick Americans into believing it no longer has anything to do with ACORN. Project Vote lawyer Brian Mellor's letter appears at pages 35 and 36 of the report.
The preliminary -as in incomplete, insufficient, and downright superficial- report is less than enlightening. I got the distinct impression while reading it that its authors hadn't actually been following ACORN's troubled history.
You can't expect much from a federal investigation when the question posed, namely, whether some of the grants ACORN received, were misused. Instead of doing actually shoe-leather investigating, all GAO appears to have done is talked to other government agencies and compiled existing data.
Table 4 at p.19 of the report indicates that of the six major federal agencies GAO asked questions of onlyONE (!) has provided responses so far. Talk about "preliminary"!
It is amazing that GAO's lukewarm threshhold-level probe is considered an investigation at all.
The real issues that have yet to be explored are whether ACORN engaged in violations of RICO through money-laundering of taxpayer funds designated for nonpartisan activities, engaged in partisan activities, and violated ERISA (the federal pension statute) by shifting pension funds around in order to conceal a million dollar embezzlement perpetrated by the ACORN founder's brother (Dale Rathke) - for starters! ACORN's criminal activities stretch almost all the way back to the group's founding in 1970 in Arkansas
Only a proper racketeering investigation will shed light on ACORN's decades of lawbreaking.
Meanwhile, ACORN hagiographer and radical left-wing community organizer John Atlas, author of Seeds of Change, crows that ACORN has been "vindicated" by a new preliminary threshhold-level report by the Government Accountability Office (GAO).
When he's not agitating people in the inner cities to rise up against their government, Atlas is a full-time unicorn breeder.

Doctors limit new Medicare patients
The number of doctors refusing new Medicare patients because of low government payment rates is setting a new high, just six months before millions of Baby Boomers begin enrolling in the government health care program.
Recent surveys by national and state medical societies have found more doctors limiting Medicare patients, partly because Congress has failed to stop an automatic 21% cut in payments that doctors already regard as too low. The cut went into effect Friday, even as the Senate approved a six-month reprieve. The House has approved a different bill.
. The American Academy of Family Physicians says 13% of respondents didn't participate in Medicare last year, up from 8% in 2008 and 6% in 2004.
. The American Osteopathic Association says 15% of its members don't participate in Medicare and 19% don't accept new Medicare patients. If the cut is not reversed, it says, the numbers will double.
. The American Medical Association says 17% of more than 9,000 doctors surveyed restrict the number of Medicare patients in their practice. Among primary care physicians, the rate is 31%.
The federal health insurance program for seniors paid doctors on average 78% of what private insurers paid in 2008.
"Physicians are saying, 'I can't afford to keep losing money,' " says Lori Heim, president of the family doctors' group.
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services says 97% of doctors accept Medicare. The agency doesn't know how many have refused to take new Medicare patients, Deputy Administrator Jonathan Blum says. "Medicare beneficiaries have good access to physician services. We do have concerns about access to primary care physicians."
The AARP, the nation's largest consumer group representing seniors, is taking notice. Some U.S. areas already face a shortage of primary care physicians. Policy director John Rother says the trend away from Medicare threatens to make it worse.
States are starting to see a flight from Medicare:
.In Illinois, 18% of doctors restrict the number of Medicare patients in their practice, according to a medical society survey.
.In North Carolina, 117 doctors have opted out of Medicare since January, the state's medical society says.
.In New York, about 1,100 doctors have left Medicare. Even the medical society president isn't taking new Medicare patients.
"I'm making a statement," says Leah McCormack, a New York City dermatologist. "Many physicians are really being forced out of private practice."
Florida has the highest percentage of Medicare patients, and most doctors can't afford to leave the program. But "the level of frustration has been higher this year than I've ever seen it before," says Linda McMullen of the Florida Medical Association.

First Amendment victory in which the Supreme Court overturned the
prohibition on corporations and unions using treasury funds for
independent expenditures supporting or opposing political candidates at
any time of the year. Simply put, the DISCLOSE Act will limit the
political speech that was protected and encouraged by Citizens United.
Speaker Pelosi and the House Majority Leadership are making it a priority to pass this bill. This bill is designed to take away
the influence of Tea Party and other conservative groups in the upcoming
November election. We feel like this bill will be successfully
challenged in the courts, but the ruling will not come before the
November election.
An exemption has been carved out for the Labor Unions and other leftist advocacy groups. The NRA was also exempted so they would
not actively oppose it.
Roll Call Magazine reports today that they have carved out even deeper exemptions in order to assure passage and we believe it
clearly shows the intent of the bill is to diminish the effectiveness
of Tea Party groups and other newer conservative advocacy groups.
"Facing wide-ranging blow back from an exemption tailored for the National Rifle Association, House Democratic leaders have
decided to expand the carve-out from disclosure requirements in a
campaign finance measure they are trying to pass this week.
The new standard lowers the membership requirement for outside groups from 1
million members to 500,000. Those groups would still need to have
members in 50 states, have existed for 10 years and can accept no more
than 15 percent of their funding from corporate or union sources. The
broader bill, called the DISCLOSE Act, comes in response to the
controversial Supreme Court decision in January that struck down limits
on corporate and union spending in elections. The bill would force
groups participating in elections to name their top donors, among other
changes."

Re: Allegations of FBI Pressure Tactics that Amount to "Rendition"

Dear Attorney General Holder:

I hope this letter finds you in the best of health and spirits.

It is my unfortunate duty to bring to your attention allegations of discrimination by federal entities against several members of the American Muslim community.

In recent months, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has received a number of complaints from United States citizens who have been detained overseas by the FBI and the U.S. Department of State.

In all of the cases, these citizens have been placed on the no-fly list while in foreign countries, stranding them there with virtually no legal recourse. They have been subjected to repeated FBI interrogations and their Fifth Amendment due process rights have allegedly been violated.

After several months, some of these American citizens have been allowed to return to the United States. But despite their full cooperation with the FBI, others still remain in forced exile.

One of our clients, a natural born citizen still detained outside the United States, has been trapped in Egypt since May 4, 2010. His passport was confiscated and FBI agents have subjected him to at least eight interrogations, despite assertion of his constitutional right to remain silent as advised by his attorney. He has been explicitly told that he is on the no-fly list, and he has been pressured to submit to a polygraph test.

After a polygraph test on June 8, he was allegedly told by an agent that, based on his answers, he would "never see the United States or your family again" unless he "rethought" his answers. Subsequently, he says he has been pressured by the FBI to spy on the American Muslim
community when and if he is allowed to return to the United States.

On Saturday, the FBI told the man he was cleared to leave Egypt and he was given a temporary passport today. He was informed that despite being cleared to travel, he cannot use American or Canadian airspace. When he asked how he could return to the United States without being able to board a plane, he was allegedly informed that "Christopher Columbus did not ride on a plane" to come to America.

The man's 19-year-old brother was also stopped by the FBI in Egypt as they were travelling home from Yemen. The younger man, who has since been allowed to return to the United States, says he also faced repeated FBI interrogations, was allegedly interrogated by a man claiming to be with the "CIA" and was blindfolded and chained to a wall in an Egyptian police facility for several days. During his detention, he was reportedly assaulted and subjected to sleep deprivation.

Another natural born United States citizen has been stranded in Egypt with his wife and two small children since April 13, 2010. He is a disabled veteran of the U.S. military who has also worked for the United States Postal Service.

After FBI agents interrogated him, they indicated that they would be going on vacation for several weeks and would not be able to give him clearance to return to the United States until after their return.

Of those American citizens initially denied entry into the United States who have since been permitted to return after lengthy detentions, one is a natural born citizen who had traveled to Yemen with his family to learn Arabic and was arrested on January 6 by the Political Security Organization in Yemen.

After being released, he was unable to board a flight from Turkey to the United States because he was on the no-fly list. Turkey deported him back to Yemen, where he sat in a Yemeni prison until he was finally cleared to fly on March 26.

The other is a naturalized citizen who flew from Yemen to Sardinia to return to the United States. He was prevented from boarding a flight and was deported back to Yemen at the beginning of April. It was not until May, and after interrogations by the FBI, that he was cleared to return to the United States. Neither of these individuals has been charged with any crime.

We are concerned that FBI interrogations of American citizens in a condition of forced exile are being conducted without due process and using techniques that amount to a form of "rendition."

The use of apparently illegal pressure tactics flies in the face of President Obama's commitment to abandon unconstitutional policies instituted under the previous administration.

If the FBI wishes to question American citizens, they should be allowed to return to the United States where they will be able to maintain their constitutional rights free of threats or intimidation.

We are also deeply concerned that this apparent targeting of American Muslims not only infringes on constitutional rights, but also sends the message that Muslims are second class citizens and that the due process of law does not apply to them.

I therefore respectfully request that your office investigate these incidents and take whatever remedial actions are necessary based on the results of that investigation. I would also request that the U.S. Department of Justice allow all American citizens to return to the United States, and, if there are any reasons to charge or investigate particular individuals, to do so once they are in their country of birth.

American Muslims are firmly committed to our nation's safety and security. We applaud your efforts to protect America while defending the rights of all citizens, regardless of religion, ethnicity or national origin.

Last week, with much of the news cycle focused intently on the oil spill disaster in the Gulf and the continuously weakening economy, Barack Obama quietly signed an executive order to establish the National Prevention, Health Promotion, and Public Health Council.

While such a council isn't unusual given the president's preferred collegial approach to governance, and may sound innocuous, a deeper look is needed to understand exactly what this council is and what it aims to accomplish.
As the newest expansion to the Department of Health and Human Services, the council is headed by the Surgeon General, Dr. Regina Benjamin, and is comprised of 13 other high-ranking officials of executive agencies -- including Janet Napolitano, Kathleen Sebelius, Hilda Solis, and Arne Duncan.
Additionally, the council will oversee an advisory group of up to 25 non-federal government officials who will be appointed by Obama. Many of the president's appointees will be licensed health-care professionals with expertise in worksite health promotion, community services, preventive medicine, health coaching, public health education, geriatrics, and rehabilitation medicine.
Beginning this year, until 2015, the council will submit an annual report to the president and Congress that describes the progress it has made with its efforts to advance health promotion and disease prevention. Overall, it is expected to address "lifestyle behavior modification" of the American people, including, but not limited to, smoking cessation, proper nutrition, appropriate exercise, mental health, behavioral health, substance-use disorder, and domestic violence screenings.
Does the council still seem innocuous now?
Just in case a reminder is needed, this is the U-S-A, not C-U-B-A. A few days ago, former Utah Senate candidate Cherilyn Eager, the woman who claimed Tim Bridgewater offered to pay off her campaign debt in exchange for her endorsement then denied that was a bribe before - you know - endorsing Bridgewater, came onto RedState and attacked Jim DeMint.
Eager claims that Jim DeMint and Mike Lee are both affiliated with some energy company I've never heard of and DeMint denies it. Best I can tell, the attack is as crazy as Cherilyn Eager is.
However, concurrent to Eager attacking Jim DeMint on RedState, Tim Bridgewater's campaign has been using the exact same attack against Jim DeMint in Utah via flyers, emails, and phone calls. Bridgewater is claiming DeMint is shilling for the energy company

Unemployed Dutch women offered government-funded makeovers to find husbands
Three city councils in the Netherlands have banded together to help women get off welfare - by giving them makeovers and a profile on a dating site so they can find husbands.
The councils say getting women dating and, eventually, married, will help them build confidence and boost their drive to succeed off social assistance.

This is a total concept of trying to get people out of social security," said Radboud Visser, the managing director of Mens & Relatie, which was hired by the three municipalities to find employed new partners for unemployed lonely-hearts. They make less use of medical systems and social security. So in Friesland they thought, we can try to get people out of social security by bringing them to a nice new husband."
Not everyone is pleased with the scheme. Following scathing Dutch media reports, the councils voted to reconsider the plan.
But Mr. Visser is convinced it remains a smart idea.
He told the Times:
"If you go for a job interview or on an interview for a new partner, it is almost the same thing. You must be sure you look good, you take care of your body and your face and you say the right things.
"I am sure that people who have done this will be on social security for less time because they will find a job and a partner."

Battle for liberty begins with guns

This right is no more negotiable than the right to freely exercise the religion of our choice or the right of free speech and a free press.

Within the Constitution we were provided with a number of tools with which to accomplish this mission: the right to petition Congress to let them know how we feel about their activities, the right to a free press to illuminate those activities and the right to arms as a last resort for the citizens to remind politicians just who is in charge and to force an end to unconstitutional activities if the other tools fail.
The Constitution also included a mechanism for making changes to it in case we the people ever decided that it needed amending. The power to make such changes was not given to politicians or to judges; it was reserved exclusively to the people, and it was structured in such a way as to ensure that only changes that are broadly supported by a strong majority of the people in most of the states can be enacted.
Fundamental rights are not open to restriction or limitation under the Constitution, and all attempts to do so violate not only the Constitution itself, but the principles of individual liberty and responsibility upon which our nation was founded.
When we barter with politicians over how much we are going to allow them to violate the Constitution, we have already lost the argument – just as all credibility in the debate over gun rights is lost the moment the pro-rights side accepts some "minor infringements" in the name of public safety or "common sense."
Whether the issue is registration, mandatory training, waiting periods, background checks or some other convoluted "common-sense" scheme, the fact is that gun-control laws infringe upon a fundamental right.
Even if such laws did not violate constitutional rights, they have been proven to be completely ineffective at their stated purposes. Gun-control laws have never resulted in any noticeable reduction in crime, accidents or suicide – they simply do not work.
What these laws do accomplish is systematic harassment and demonization of gun owners and deterioration of the Constitution, rule of law and the supremacy of individual rights.
Gun voters and gun-rights organizations are committed to restoring and protecting the Second Amendment, but the Second Amendment exists as a safeguard to protect the Constitution as a whole. One cannot rationally work on behalf of the Second Amendment and simultaneously oppose other aspects of the Constitution. There can be no Second Amendment without the Constitution, and there will not long be a Constitution without the Second Amendment.
All parties involved in support and defense of any portion of the Constitution must support and defend all of it, or else their activities are in vain.
Similarly, those who support the Constitution and the rule of law must work on behalf of all aspects of the Constitution and its duly ratified amendments, or else their proclaimed support rings hollow and they are actually endorsing a "death of a thousand cuts" for our nation.
While opposition to some aspects or provisions of the Constitution is totally acceptable, such opposition must be couched within the framework provided by the Constitution. Anything less is truly un-American.

Obama's Plan To Modify Your Behavior
Last week, with much of the news cycle focused intently on the oil spill disaster in the Gulf and the continuously weakening economy, Barack Obama quietly signed an executive order to establish the National Prevention, Health Promotion, and Public Health Council.

While such a council isn't unusual given the president's preferred collegial approach to governance, and may sound innocuous, a deeper look is needed to understand exactly what this council is and what it aims to accomplish.
As the newest expansion to the Department of Health and Human Services, the council is headed by the Surgeon General, Dr. Regina Benjamin, and is comprised of 13 other high-ranking officials of executive agencies -- including Janet Napolitano, Kathleen Sebelius, Hilda Solis, and Arne Duncan.
Additionally, the council will oversee an advisory group of up to 25 non-federal government officials who will be appointed by Obama. Many of the president's appointees will be licensed health-care professionals with expertise in worksite health promotion, community services, preventive medicine, health coaching, public health education, geriatrics, and rehabilitation medicine.
Beginning this year, until 2015, the council will submit an annual report to the president and Congress that describes the progress it has made with its efforts to advance health promotion and disease prevention. Overall, it is expected to address "lifestyle behavior modification" of the American people, including, but not limited to, smoking cessation, proper nutrition, appropriate exercise, mental health, behavioral health, substance-use disorder, and domestic violence screenings.
Does the council still seem innocuous now?
Just in case a reminder is needed, this is the U-S-A, not C-U-B-A. Americans take pride in living in a free society, and we the people don't need a president who can't quit smoking, a surgeon general who has had to defend her own weight problem, government bureaucrats, and what will likely be an advisory group comprised of the crème de la crème of radical statists, to tell us what we should and shouldn't put in our bodies, in addition to, how to behave. The last council the President created via executive order was the deficit commission that Congress had previously refused to create -- which came shortly after a New York Times report disclosed the President was preparing to rule more through executive decree -- and an explanation shouldn't be required as to why Obama didn't bother discussing the creation of this health council with the legislative branch

A few days ago, former Utah Senate candidate Cherilyn Eager, the woman who claimed Tim Bridgewater offered to pay off her campaign debt in exchange for her endorsement then denied that was a bribe before - you know - endorsing Bridgewater, came onto RedState and attacked Jim DeMint.
Eager claims that Jim DeMint and Mike Lee are both affiliated with some energy company I've never heard of and DeMint denies it. Best I can tell, the attack is as crazy as Cherilyn Eager is.
However, concurrent to Eager attacking Jim DeMint on RedState, Tim Bridgewater's campaign has been using the exact same attack against Jim DeMint in Utah via flyers, emails, and phone calls. Bridgewater is claiming DeMint is shilling for the energy company

Unemployed Dutch women offered government-funded makeovers to find husbands
Three city councils in the Netherlands have banded together to help women get off welfare - by giving them makeovers and a profile on a dating site so they can find husbands.
The councils say getting women dating and, eventually, married, will help them build confidence and boost their drive to succeed off social assistance.
Included in the makeover package, which costs about $1750, is a session with a life coach to provide them with tips to attract a man, a new hairstyle, outfit and a professional photo for their profile on the Dutch dating site Mens & Relatie (People and Relationships). http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/world/europe/article7147122.ece
This is a total concept of trying to get people out of social security," said Radboud Visser, the managing director of Mens & Relatie, which was hired by the three municipalities to find employed new partners for unemployed lonely-hearts. "We know from national statistics that people in a relationship have better health, more happiness, make more money and live longer lives.
They make less use of medical systems and social security. So in Friesland they thought, we can try to get people out of social security by bringing them to a nice new husband."
Not everyone is pleased with the scheme. Following scathing Dutch media reports, the councils voted to reconsider the plan.
But Mr. Visser is convinced it remains a smart idea.
He told the Times:
"If you go for a job interview or on an interview for a new partner, it is almost the same thing. You must be sure you look good, you take care of your body and your face and you say the right things.
"I am sure that people who have done this will be on social security for less time because they will find a job and a partner."
